Your on-going use of the Discount T website represents your acceptance of those changes. **As all Discount T stores are running independently, we cannot guarantee physical stores will accept matching the price and offer that online store running.  We will not match the price to physical stores.**

A customer purchase online has to warrant that he/she is over the age of 18 years and legally entitled to purchase our products. The customer shall ensure that no person or persons shall use his/her login to purchase any tobacco product if that person or those persons cannot truthfully give the warranty. 

If a Customer submit an order containing tobacco products, Kolotex Limited may contact that Customer to verify their age. In instances in which credit card verification is not enough, we may require to review your identification card. You will be asked to fax or email a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age and shipping address. We will require a signed authorization note along with a legible copy of your identification card. If Kolotex Limited are not satisfied as to the ability of the Customer to truthfully give the warranty as above, we reserve the right to cancel the order. All fraudulent orders may be reported to the local authorities within your vicinity.

The Customer shall ensure that a person over the age of 18 years, and, is available to accept delivery of any order containing tobacco products. Kolotex Limited couriers may request the person accepting delivery of the Products to produce satisfactory evidence of their age. If such evidence is not produced, the courier may refuse to deliver the tobacco product ordered. Kolotex Limited reserves the right to charge Customers an additional Fulfilment Fee to re-deliver such Products. If you feel your refusal of service was unnecessary, please CONTACT US. 

To make a successful warranty claim please keep all product packaging and warranty cards that come with your device. We need the serial number to successfully make a claim on your behalf to the manufacturer of the product you have purchased.

 

Product Guarantee

All products are guaranteed free of any manufacturing defects for a period of 3 months for electrical components. In the event that you experience any product issues/problems please call us first and we will advise of the correct measures to remedy such problems. Kolotex Limited does not warrant damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation or improper storage. Kolotex Limited is not liable for any incidental or consequential damage. Accessories of Electronic Cigarettes are not available to be exchange or refund, except the faulty batteries. Batteries of Electronic Cigarettes have 90 days warranty. If the battery has quality problem, please CONTACT US. Devices that are outside of the 90 day period from date of purchase are not eligable for warranty.

 

Payment Terms

We accept payment for purchases made through the Paystation Gateway via Visa and Master Card credit card. Now we can accept Paypal. If a customer want to pay by Paypal, please email us your photo ID to verify your age under New Zealand Tobacco Regulation; otherwise we cannot dispatch the parcel.

All charges are made in New Zealand Dollars and include GST.

 

Pricing and Availability

All prices of products are as stated on the website but Kolotex Limited reserves the right at any time to revise the price of products without notice.

We try and ensure that all details on the website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products which you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible and cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel the order and you already paid for it, we will send you a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition, it is clearly displayed in the “Total Cost”. 

 

Use for the Site

You agree not to use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Every customer will receive an order confirmation via email when he or she placed an order through the Kolotex Limited website. Customers following credit card payment, and they will receive a GST invoice with their order.

Delivery

All items delivered by Post Haste and Castle Parcels Couriers should be attempted to be personally delivered to the recipient with a signature obtained in accordance with the Post Haste and Castle Parcels Couriers standard policy. In a situation where a signature cannot be obtained and the Post Haste and Castle Parcels authorised driver has been given authority to leave the parcel. In a specific spot it will be left there where a signature has been required, then items will not be left unless the signature is obtained. Kolotex Limited accepts no responsibility for goods that go missing when you request they be left without a signature.

 

Governing Law

These terms of use and conditions on our Website are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with the New Zealand Law. In the event of any disputes and issues arising in relation to these terms of use submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
